Moody Month offers two auto-renewing subscription options (monthly and annual) as well as a Lifetime option.
The subscription options will automatically renew unless turned off in your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your Apple Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your Apple Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.
The Lifetime option is paid for by a one-off upfront payment with unlimited access to the Moody Membership forever.
Moody Month integrates with the Health app to add your menstrual data and personalise your experience. Head to your Vitals (in the Account section of your app) to enable the Health app to sync.

Every cycle you will receive a new program of Movement, Mindfulness and Nutrition videos, tailored to the four phases of your cycle. If you don't have a cycle, you'll receive a new program every month tailored to your moods.
